The Ambassador's Welcome

For more than 30 years, Denmark and Croatia have maintained close bilateral relations and worked together in international fora such as the Council of Europe, NATO and not least importantly, the EU. Our two countries stand together in facing the challenges of today's Europe. 

Our comparable sizes and many shared interests is a solid foundation upon which our two countries work together in many important ways. 

The main task of the Embassy in Zagreb is to represent Denmark and promote Danish interests and views in Croatia. It is also our aim to further strengthen the cooperation between our two countries by engaging with a broader part of Croatian society in the political, economic and cultural spheres to the mutual benefit of Danes and Croats. 

An important part of this task is to enhance the collaboration between Danish and Croatian business life as well as to promote trade with Albania and Kosovo. To that end, the Embassy stands ready to assist with commercial activities in all of these markets.
